The Answer to night sweats..

Ok lets review for second before we see the Answer to night sweats. One thing that we have learned is that the body generates heat. When we have a night sweat it is usually because our skin is not able to let the heat escape fast enough. Note again, during the day you are able to regulate your environment so that you are comfortable and you can, usually, cool your skin when you need to. That is if you are in a situation where you are getting hot you can make adjustments, fan yourself, put your head in the fridge, take off some clothes, what ever it takes. Sometimes we can't make these adjustments, like working outside during the summer or when we are sleeping and we have a hot flash. the Answer to night sweats

There is nothing you can do about it, until now

The answer to night sweats

Our body, while under the sheets, is trapped in an environment that will not allow for the skin to cool itself down fast enough when it starts to heat up. Remember in the last section how we discussed what makes the skin hot. That's what I am talking about. You may feel comfortable when you get in bed but once that bed gets a little warm, and a hot flash occurs or something to that nature, the temperature under the cover rises very fast. It makes the sheets hot and the air surrounding our body hot as well. This in turn makes us even hotter. The hotter we get the more the body tries to cool itself down. As it is trying to cool down by radiation and conduction it finds that is not working. The end result is, it has to start letting a little sweat out. It gets worse from here. the Answer to night sweats

As we start to sweat, just a little, the temperature between the sheets starts to increase and the air between the sheet gets saturated with moisture. This humid air in turn makes it even harder for your body cool down.

Now we are at the turning point. The sheets are hot, the air is hot and humid, your body is getting hotter.... Here comes the sweat... the Answer to night sweats

Let me ask you, have you ever been laying in bed and used your legs to lift the sheets to let some fresh air in and let you leg back down and feel that breeze blow all that hot, humid air out.. well guess what.. That is what my sleep system is doing for me.. So I don't have to use my legs.  the Answer to night sweats

You see if we can move that hot, humid air out from between the sheets we can keep our skin at a constant temperature all night long. If we are able to keep a steady gentle flow of air moving across our body our skin will never reach the temperature that will make the sweating start. So we end up doing two things. First we evacuate all the hot air from under the sheets and keep the sheets and the bed cool and ready to help when our body heats up. Second we are also moving a gentle breeze over our body so the skin never gets too hot. Even when the heat is on the gentle breeze is enough to keep the skin cool. the Answer to night sweats

What I found is a simple product, that i control from my bed. I can adjust the air flow from high to off and all points in-between (like a volume control). Remember the objective here is to keep my "skin" cool and keep my environment (bed and sheets) cool as well. This will keep me from getting hot at night. This is The answer to night sweats.

In order to do this my little sleep system creates a gentle breeze at the foot of my bed and moves a little air between the sheets along the sides of my body all the way to the top and exiting at my shoulders. Is this making sense? You are going to eliminate the cause of night sweats. That is the hot, Humid, Stagnant, Sweat causing air between your sheets. You will generate a gentle breeze at the foot of your bed and this breeze will travel BETWEEN the sheets and force all the hot, sweat causing stagnant air OUT. at the same time keeping  your bed, your sheet, and your skin, cool all night long, not cold but cool. Remember you control the flow and you control your destiny. If you want to learn more about this, visit my sponsor. They are giving you one heck of a discount just for visiting me.
